Hi! I am currently a physical education teacher and coach at Orchard Park High School. I have worked in the fitness world since I was 19; I started off working in the weight room of a local gym and that soon turned into a passion for health and fitness. I chose my undergraduate degree in Health and Wellness from Buffalo State because I wanted to help others learn to love fitness like I did. After graduation I realized how much I wanted to impact the health of younger generations and teach them how much fun life long fitness could be so I decided to get my Masters Degree in Physical Education from Canisius College. Since I have started my fitness journey I have gotten my Personal Training Certification from ACE, gotten spin, TRX and group exercise certified and have taught in many different areas of fitness and have gotten the opportunity to work with all ages and demographics of clients. Through my instructing and training I hope to get all ages of people excited about exercise and fitness and make them want to come back for more!!.

I’ve taken classes with Abby for about three years now, and I could not speak higher of her as a trainer. Not only has she yet to repeat a single workout in her synergy classes, she keeps all of her classes interesting making it easy to stay motivated.
Her holiday and other themed classes highlight how much she loves and cares about her job. It shows how much effort and thought she puts into each of her workouts.

Abby cares for her clients, taking into consideration their individual health needs and personal preferences. She goes above and beyond to offer alternative workouts when there are limitations, without ever having to remind her!

Her positive attitude is expansive, she is encouraging without judgment, and is as supportive as you could ask for in a trainer.

At this point in my fitness journey, my classes with Abby are more for my mental health than physical, but I would be remiss if I did not mention that through the consistency of taking her classes, I’ve lost around 70-75lbs and am now the strongest I’ve ever been. I owe being able to do double digit push-ups solely to her Bar Bell class.
