To deepen my studies, I completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from My Vinyasa Practice by Michelle Young.
I am a passionate Yoga teacher that incorporates Yoga philosophy themes into every class.
I am a movement and breath advocate and believe linking them together allows energy to freely move around the body while settling the mind on the present moment.
