Hello! I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for well over seven years, spending the last three years as a certified NASM Personal Trainer. In addition, I recently decided to further my fitness education and get a Group Fitness certification. I have a balance of experience and knowledge both in and out of the classroom. Therefore, I am able to help people reach their goals using rehab and mobility work if there have been injuries and or surgeries in the past.
My personal journey began with dissatisfaction toward my fitness level. Therefore, I took it upon myself to learn how to transform my body. I achieved this by focusing mainly on losing weight by incorporating cardio training and following a well-balanced diet. As time went on, my focus shifted more towards strength and hypertrophy training, which encompasses all forms of fitness with an emphasis on gaining lean muscle mass.
Fitness is a journey that takes a lot of hard work and dedication. I have learned this first hand. Through my experience, my ability to teach and provide motivation, I believe I can assist you in achieving your desired fitness level.

“Three years ago, at 40 years old, I had a major heart attack. I learned that I cannot out run genetics. After that life changing experience, I lost an immense amount of strength. When I began training with Tyler, he asked me what my goals were and explained how I could achieve them. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and professional when it comes to personal training. Not only does he guide you through your workout but, he continually encourages and motivates you. This was extremely important to me because I had taken about 2 years off from the gym.
